I am currently a client with this organization... I have called on several occasions and not had supportive,compassionate,understanding,people on the phone when I have called in .. I am extremely leary about calling in since the end of May this year... Last night I locked myself out and called to see if they had any options for me and I did NOT have a calming feeling at ALL with the person that was on call last night ... I am thankful I have amazing people other than this organization... I honestly can't say what would have happened if I had not had the 3 people who helped me last night❤ Currently I would not recommend this organization to help unless they got empathy and compassionate supporting training!!!
