I've used thier service couple of years ago, And when I decide to come back and use thier service I've seen the worst experience ever, I've paid 25 $ and still didn't receive my creditnals for using the service, I've sent them many emails and still got nothing in return Very bad experience, never recommended at all

Customer service is next to non-existent and less than helpful when you manage to reach them. When I was trying to buy a DID number for my company, I chose this company for their good domestic rates ad seemingly feature rich website. But do not be fulled - while chat status shows as available, you may spend 30 minutes to get connected and the operator may suddenly stop responding to your questions for... like 5 minutes. Another thing - they required scan of my passport, while I was getting a phone number for the corporation, not a personal use. Passport - is not a government requirement, and I pointed it out, but the rep insisted it was their internal policy, while refused to present those policy to me. So the money that I paid for the DID number registration was misapplied by them and the number was not issued. Now, I have non DID number, despite paying for it and meeting government requirements for DID purchase, a credit on the account that I cannot use, the rep says it is not refundable as well. Absolutely unprofessional and unscrupulous.
