Always Lucky Five Locksmith

DO NOt USE THIS GUY. I called this guy around 3 pm and he was at first really rude on the phone saying his fee was $50 plus $10 for every door. He also said he did not accept checks and only Visa or Mastercard but that he preferred cash. He showed up to my house and all of the sudden got a personal phone call I'm assuming his significant other because he instantly got distracted and upset. He took a while changing the locks and around 5 said he was done asked me for my credit card and that's when he said it was gonna be $100 plus an extra fee for using a credit card. At this point I had had enough of this guy so I told him it was ok, and asked for my keys. He got all mad and said he had left the keys inside my shop and instantly got very upset, swearing and being belligerent. He then said he would take my lock and give me a new one and left my shop without a lock all night. The day after when I got to my house both shop doors locks are damaged and he will not answer my calls. Do not use this guy. He's horrible.

Always Lucky Five showed incredible compassion today for a young mom who had accidentally locked her baby in the car. I called for her, as a passerby, and upon hearing the details he immediately responded. He was kind and quick and knew that the car was too hot so gave us his exact arrival time. Very thankful for a good person who made the best of a bad situation. Please patronize this business!

Called for an issue my father had with replacing a lock at his house. They were able to go and help him out promptly.
