Response to Owner: Yes as I stated I missed the appointment which was my fault & you reached out to me about missed appointment via text. I explained to you I was on the boat & had no access to my phone unfortunately, I apologized to you & felt bad about the situation. You then told me you understood & we could reschedule. From your response you stated after that you realized you were not a good fit for my wellness needs, why was this concern not voice to me at this time? Allowing me to book multiple appointments for you to cancel, wasting both of our time. My next appointment on the March 19 I came in & texted you & you told me I wasn’t on the books. The following appointment April 2, you canceled & I was understanding.(Which is the appointment that you told my friend you were going to cancel) On April 29, my last appointment you asked to move my appointment back to 2:30 I was understanding of that, then you canceled because “it was a bad day for you” & had to go to Tacoma. Sorry I was not specific in my review that I asked you to refund my friend I never stated I was the recipient. All this energy you felt towards me could have been explained to me not another client. It’s just lacks professionalism. Please be specific which time & date I did a no call no show again (screenshots would be great). Because you were the one that canceled my next 2 appointments. I also wonder how tension free it was when my friend was getting her massage & you were complaining about me & how insincere I was about missing my appointment. Along with feeling like you are just “working for free when people book appointments using their gift certificates”(mind you this is the friend that bought the certificate, awkward!). Also how I caused you to lose out on money because you could have just booked a “paying customer” (You’ve been prepaid for this service, so I’m pretty sure I’m a paying customer) After reading your response to my friend’s review it just solidifies the fact that you’re straight up unprofessional, which is what exactly we’re trying to point out, not so much your no call no show policy (because we were understanding of those charges) but how you handled it. Tried to post screenshots of you canceling my apps but google wouldn’t allow it. Wish you all the best as well just wanted to make sure we had clarity from your response as well as accountability
Review: Booked an appointment along with my friend based on high recommendation. Very satisfied with my 1st massage. My friend surprised me with a gift package for 4 prepaid massages. Booked 2nd appointment & unfortunately had to cancel due to work (my fault). Alysha texted me about it seeing if I was still going to make it & I explained the situation of not having access to my phone in order to cancel at a timely manner & apologized for the inconvenience that I caused her. She assured me she understood that things happen & we could just reschedule. Took that at face value. News to me during my friend’s next massage Alysha explained she was very upset & was losing money because I didn’t show up to my appointment, she then proceeds to tell my friend that she was going to cancel my next appointment because she didn’t want to bring that energy into our next session. (along with complaining to my friend that I wasn’t sincere enough for her with my apology & it seemed like I didn’t feel bad for canceling) Alysha also told my friend she was going to subtract one session from the prepaid massages so I would be left with 3 which is totally understandable because I missed the service, but why not tell this to the actual client instead.(Still confused how she lost money when I canceled if she had already been pre paid for the service & did deduct it from my package for the missed service) She then proceeded to cancel my next 2 appointments (which I was very understanding about because life happens) It just sucks the way she handled the situation. I asked about receiving a refund for the 3 unused services, because the energy just feels weird & I’m not comfortable getting a massage anymore.
