I wanted to try this clothes dry cleaning and alterations business near where I live. Before I left my home, I counted my items I wanted dry cleaned and alterations done. When I got there, I purposely counted in front of him, 6 dress shirts, 1 pair matching shirt and pant combo., and 1 jacket that needed alterations. Less then a week later, I went to pick up my clothes and when I counted and inspected them, I told the same guy who check in my clothes, that I was missing 1 dress shirt. He then proceeded to say, they have a system where there is no way they can not misplaced the customers clothes. Well they did, because I told him I purposely made him witness me counting my clothes in front of him so there're absolutely no mistakes on the items I brought in for service. So now it's my word against him and I that means I lost. I know what Dress shirt I was missing, it was a color light green, spread collar with french cuffs. I went to check at home and it was not in my closet. Best approach to do, to protect yourself is video tape for proof or take a picture in the business. Don't trust, take precautions and plan it safe. Oh, by the way, on 1 of my dress shirts with french cuffs, they sewed them together; I surely didn't authorized them to do this. Don't go back to this dry cleaners, you may in the future or will experience the same fate.

We've been customers of AM Cleaners for several years now. They are absolutely first-rate in the cleaning and pressing of our clothes, and house-hold goods ie afghans, bedspreads, etc. I highly recommend them!

They always do a great job whether it’s dry cleaning or alterations. Quick turn around too compared to other places.
