I recently closed on a property in Old Town with Amanda and believe me she is one of the few individuals who can both put up with me, while also providing excellent service. I worked with her for over 5 months searching through countless houses, while she was giving me advice on the market, different features within the home to look out for (and what to avoid), and certain neighborhoods to keep an eye out for as a good investment opportunity. We even went under contract on two separate homes but luckily I had her judgement to advise me to back away from the bad deal and we ended up closing on a house that is more than I could’ve imagined that I would be living in one day. I am appreciative of her support, expertise, and guidance that she provided me throughout my journey to home ownership and I would recommend her to anyone who is seriously considering buying a home.
