This facility is small for the flow of commercial trucks they tryIng to receive. Very tide parking lot without the place to park a truck while waiting for your appointment. Make sure previous drops would not affect your delivery time, since those “guys” do not care that you work under strict FMCSA Federal Regulations, so don’t show up early or late . We had two orders in a truck , two pallets, same product: “organic milk” so they took one order and refused another and than we had to wait FIVE days until they took second pallet. Imagine your “fresh” organic milk from Amazon after it sat in my trailer for 5 days until they finally decided to receive it! Also beware of Institutional racism. The facility encourages the practice of humiliation of drivers and contracted staff. Imagine the picture - the drivers staying inside of the metal cage (literally, I’d be happy to supply the pictures, but the company prohibits any photo or video). All communication goes through the cage; finally when it comes to pick up the papers, the Amazon associate barely slips the paperwork through the metal rails so you (a driver) need to reach out as far as you can to get the paperwork in your hand as a hungry animal reaches out in the zoo to pick up a food.
Interestingly, it is the same picture when you look from another side of the case. Do you think those are the lucky Amazon employees who wrote the five star reviews?
