Amazon has become such garbage. Orders are always late, missing packages, delivered to the wrong address, I’ve watched drivers just throw packages at the door and yet prices just keep going up. I’ve been a Prime member for so many years and speaking to customer service is the worst, they refuse to get a supervisor or manager on the phone all they do is say we can’t do anything from our end, like what? I ordered it from you get better drivers, warehouse workers whatever but a company as large as Amazon should be doing way better. Everybody needs to get together and stop ordering from them and then maybe the CEO will get off their behinds and make sure their customers are getting what they pay for.

Never buy a product from a 3rd party seller on Amazon! When they fail to ship the item Amazon's Asian phone representative offs the issue on the 3rd party rather than refunding the money that I paid Amazon for the product when I bought it. It's quite a racket they have going! And when you call and complain the phone representative just puts you on hold and leaves you there forever. We deserve better. From now on my on line purchases like this will made with Walmart.

Amazon lost my trust in their company given they directly sold me an auto product that found to be a defective after 30 days but before ending of 60 days period. They said that they could not return it given it is passed 30 days period and there is no warranty of Dorman product that Amazon sell and asked me to reach out to the manufacturer if they can help. I was surprised with their response and could not wait to cancel my membership. I will never be their customer (or even a stock holder) given their worse practices. I don’t want to save few bucks and lost hundreds with one product. Their customer service team is even worse because they are managed remotely like reboots who only follows computer instructions instead of listening customer experience or considering isolated situations. Note sure why don’t we have negative stars to reflect our experience as they don’t even deserve one star here.
