I was told BY Amazon that I could come pick up my package at the carrier location. As the package was being delivered later than I could allow. I go to the Amazon carrier facility. A gal says she will go check for me. I wait outside for about an hour and as I'm doing that my package is loaded onto a vehicle for delivery. Wasting my time. And the lady never came back outside to inform me either. Lovely place.

Usually our pkgs are left @ the door. But my last two have been left on the steps leading to my door & in the rain! Both were in boxes not plastic envelopes. And the driver lied & said he handed the PKG to a person. I tried to find a place on the Amazon site to address this problem to no avail. So maybe by posting here , a manager might see this & correct the problem. Common sense...don't leave pkgs out in the rain & don't lie about it.
