They just refuse to deliver packages. Had an alert from the driver that he didn’t want to leave my package at my front door. I responded in less than a minute. And he declined the delivery. What a garbage company.

Did not receive my phone case. Was supposed to have a front and back. I only received the back part and it took 2 months to get. How can this be rectified??
