I cringe whenever my pkgs are going through this facility. IT'S A BLACK HOLE. So many of my items are either lost or extremely late. I order months in advance in anticipation of having to reorder. Amazon needs to look into this and DO BETTER.

It seems when my items end up in Buena Park, either they get lost, or are late late late. I cringe every time I see my amazon items going through this place. I would say when I do get packages that are supposed to be priority, I get them 3-4 weeks later, if at all. I had so many packages that did not make it for Christmas that I ordered well in advance. Very unhappy with this place.

The facility had my package at 10:41 this morning. To be delivered by 8 p.m. in Burbank. We have no snow, sleet, typhoons, etc., but now it is delayed for 2 or 3 days. This warehouse has no reason for a delay like this.
