Not much can be said about it. It is an Amazon Locker. You order, package is delivered to it (provided it is not full while you're checking out on Amazon), you go to it and pick it up 👍🏼

Of the 4 orders I had sent to this locker, one was late because carrier (Ontrac) could not deliver due to a full locker and another was sent back to Amazon because the locker was full following three attempts by Ontrac. According to Amazon, the carrier should be clearing out the lockers if items are unclaimed. According to Ontrac, the carrier cannot clear out lockers of packages. Either way someone is not properly coordinating this locker. It is pointless to use this locker if I'm only going to get 1/2 my orders on time if at all.

Initially I had no problems with this locker and it was convenient to use, stop at the atm (now gone) and shop for groceries, but the past year, like the other reviewers, there started to be issues where orders were marked as unable to be delivered, or worse delivered, but not actually there. Then problems started showing up in the ordering process itself where the lockers are always full or the only option for delivery here is to pay for expedited delivery (even with items that should have prime free two day delivery). What should be a convenience is quickly becoming not worth the hassle.
