Need more staff that are friendly with good customer service skills. The Caucasian guy that worked Sunday, 9/4/22, and seems to be there everytime I pick up a package, mainly on the weekends, was rude and condescending towards me for no reason and did not offer assistance in transporting my large package to my vehicle. Completely unacceptable!
Please hire more competent, professional and friendlier staff workers for this location! There is no reason for rudeness when all I am doing is picking up a package.
When the barcode scanner works, the item fits in the locker, no human interaction needed and no hand written sign taped inside the window saying "closed early" ,, I'd give a 5 star rating all day long,,,,, but that's 50% of the time, at best. Nothing like getting your blood pressure off the charts when you leave work early to pickup an item I was waiting for and return something only to find a frackN sign saying "CLOSED EARLY"..... 3 times this happened to me earlier this year in a matter of a few weeks. I love Amazon, don't get me wrong but they have a few things to fix ;) Also don't even get me started talking about all the friendly smiling super helpful employees. Ummm, yeah right!!! I've seen a happier bunch of people working at the dump shoveling manure in the middle of summer,, in Arizona!! Every single person I've talked to behind that half door counter has looked at me like I stole their car and broke their precious phone or something. Really y'all,, really?? If you hate your job that much then fix it, don't take it out on every customer walking in,, that you don't even know anything about. What in the name of free delivery,, did we do to you?.
