I used to love Amazon but their service has gone down significantly. I used to order and get it in 2 days. I was able to order around 11pm and still get it in 2 days. Now, you have to order within certain hours to get it in 2 days and that goes for the Free 1 day shipping.

Also, now they do many of their own deliveries, which is cool but there’s constant issues. Many include missed promised time windows or dates. Others are “delivered” items that actually never got delivered. Most items being delivered by USPS or UPS usually get “transferred” to the wrong sorting facility.
