I have managed a high end lodge for more then 10 years and always worked with shuttle services that negotiated based on travel changes. Ambassador DID NOT work with us at all. I offered to pay drivers day wages when the cancellation from my clients came in and was told I'd receive a call to discuss that never came. They went ahead and charged me in full. I understand hospitality and work with client changes all the time. Now that I know this company will not accommodate, I will not use them again.
