I use the Sea Crop product on my garden and in my home-brewed Kombucha. My vegetables have become so much more flavorful and colorful, that it has made me more than slightly disappointed with grocery store and farm-fresh veggies. Also, I cut my brew time (primary fermentation) from 5 days to 4 days. My SCOBY is thicker and healthier since doing this. I sprout all of my dried beans and legumes in diluted Sea Crop for our meals also. Highly recommended!
