Tonight for the 7:15 showing the seats were completely covered in popcorn, and it felt like the heat wasn’t turned on in the theatre. So we were sitting in trash and completely freezing. Not the most fun place to see a movie.

Awful audio quality. We saw Willy Wonka and every s sound from a character came out as a crackle. This happened throughout the movie and made it unbearable. We were in theater 14 this isn’t the first time I have experienced sound issues/picture quality being off in other theaters. Another cheaply made AMC theater, I would take your money to an independent theater that actually cares about the quality of their sound and pictures and isn’t trying to build low quality auditoriums.
