My husband bought the Beetlejuice cup for a surprise birthday gift. Unfortunately the cashier did not give him a topper. We tried to get a topper, return or even an exchange and nothing. Management wouldn't help at all!! I'm so sad and out of the money :(

Just went and saw the newGhostbusters and had a great movie experience. The young lady behind the counter, I did not catch her name unfortunately..she had long dark hair and was amazing, She went above and beyond to make sure our movie going experience was top rate. She has to be a manager or something. Fresh popcorn, offered everything we could eat plus some GB goodies and of course handed us our Ghostbusters trap popcorn holder. What a great experience. She made this whole thing memorable. Will definitely be back to the Esquire sooon!

Purchased 9 tickets to take my family to see the new Deadpool movie for a 7pm showing. Was told by a “manager” we could not enter with our toddlers due to a “policy” of no one under 6 being allowed in to rated R movies. They claimed this policy was noted when I purchased tickets online HOWEVER IT WAS NOT OR ELSE I WOULDNT HAVE PURCHASED THE TICKETS. So thinking maybe I did over look it I go in to repurchase another adult and child ticket after leaving for a later showing of it and low and behold no policy was pointed out when I purchased the later showing that the child couldn’t attend if under 6. Do better AMC and if you want to have such strict rules ensure it’s correctly advertised with online orders not just inside on a SMALL board. O and to have broken glass outside in multiple spots of your parking lot does not give off vibes that you should be concerned if an ADULT wants to take their young child to a rated R movie you should probably be more concerned about the safety of your guests because clearly crime is a bigger issue.
