July 29, 2024 night, theater 10 (IMAX): poor (or no) air conditioning. At start of ads I left my seat to go tell an employee in the lobby who apparently had a thermostat readout at his Guest Service desk. He said “looks like 75 degrees in there. I’ll turn on the air”. I told him thanks, and went back to my seat. Barely felt a difference, then as time went on it started to feel like 80 degrees in there (not exaggerating). It was difficult to enjoy the film. I would have given this place 1 Star, but the theater had recliner seats, thus 2 stars. Btw… the lobby temperature felt great - maybe 70F degrees. If the owner is trying to cut back on AC cost, I would have preferred the lobby to feel like 80F and the theater to feel like 70F. But I guess you gotta keep the employees in the lobby happy - I’m just a paying customer (or WAS a paying customer 😉).

Everything was pretty great .. the chairs are awesome the theater is spotless the staff is friendly …the reason I gave 4 star is due to the fact they didn’t have a product they had advertised! I had ordered the stuffed pretzel bite things and instead of being told immediately they didn’t have them I paid and waited for the food to find out that they didn’t have the item! If they had done better ordering then they would have gotten 5stars. I was there on mother’s day and was sadly disappointed.

We just saw Beetlejuice Beetlejuice in one of the Dolby Cinema theaters. The theater itself and the bathrooms were very clean.
Video quality was great.
The audio quality was also very good if a bit too loud.
The seats were comfortable.with a few adjustment options. They don't recline as much as those in some other theaters but still easy to find a good position.
