Nothing has changed much since I've been gone for a long time, except the automatic cash/credit kiosks for movies to choose from. At least, I can pay cash directly for popcorn at the concession stand unlike the Century City branch where you need to load a snack card for the same item.
I saw "Piece by Piece," an animated musical documentary on the life & times of singer/songwriter Pharell Williams as expressed in the form of Lego bricks. After watching the trailer, I had mixed feelings about the concept. Some of the scenes appeared to be rushed. The film didn't mention the lawsuit on copyright infringement after his collaboration with Robin Thicke & rapper T.I. for the song, "Blurred Lines," forced the musicians to pay up $ 5-M to Marvin Gaye's estate for duplicating the late singer's hit song, "Got to Give It up."
By the way, Oprah's voice sounded different as though she had a slight cold.
