First off the mechanic was top notch, very knowledgeable. No BS I will be bringing all my cars here from now on, you don't find auto shops like theirs anymore. I brought my car to the shop in "limp" mode, I shorted out the computer. Without hesitation he told me that he might be able to fix it without replacing the computer, which was news to me and I used to be a autotech for quite a few years. Most shop's would've just told me the computer had to be replaced and charged over $1000. They took it in that morning & the next day it was running like a champ. With that kind of issue it's usually 3 days before you get the estimate then have to wait another day or 2 for it to be fixed. Mandy was very friendly and professional, which put me at ease considering my car was dead! In total it was way under $500 to fix, and they didn't try to tack on any other work like every shop does. They reminded me of the shops back in the day, friendly fast and not trying to bleed every cent out of me. THANK YOU again Concord Auto, and thank you Mandy for taking care of me. -Tommy P.
