We had a wonderful home buying experience with Amelie and would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a home in the Portland/Vancouver area. We began our journey with her from a distance and she helped us hone in on areas we should visit on a few scouting trips to the area. She stayed in touch with us and sent us links to homes we should consider. She was very mindful about what would be the right neighborhood and home for our large family. When we found THE home in our dream neighborhood she acted swiftly and skillfully to put in an offer with other offers already on the table in what was a very competitive market in a desirable neighborhood.

Amelie is an incredible broker and, in a sea of brokers out there, truly a diamond in the rough! We’ve worked with Amelie for several years now and each time we successfully closed on a house it was due to her expertise, her knowledge and her admirable work ethic. Having grown up in the area, Amelie has an invaluable perspective (and deep knowledge) of neighborhoods, streets and sometimes even down to the house itself (not to mention how she seems to know just about everyone in the business!). She’s fun to be around, knowledgeable about her properties, professional and above all- she closes the deal (and always with great result). Never pushy, never forcing you into something you’re not comfortable with, we’ve had nothing but the best experience with Amelie and have recommended her to several close friends (who have also purchased homes with her!).
