I’ve also taken many things to Tran to alter for me. I’ve lost about 30 pounds over the past two years. She just altered a summer cocktail dress for me and it looks beautiful!😊

The owner worked at Nordstrom for 10+ years, so she recognizes labels, knows how to care for expensive fabrics, and how much they cost to replace. She provides a detailed list of everything you bring in, including the service for each item (dry cleaning/repair/alterations) and the total price you'll pay upon pick-up. She is upfront and honest about whether or not she thinks a stain will come out and does not ask for a deposit. Your items look and smell clean, bedding is in zippered storage bags, and the owner remembers you after the first drop-off. I love this place and drive 30 minutes out of my way to bring my dry cleaning to the only place I trust.

Have used the cleaning service since I moved here 7 years ago. They do an excellent job, are priced resaonably, and if I miss the Thursday pickup, I drop it off at the cleaners and they deliver it on the following Thursday. They do alterations as well, and the owner is very pleasant and accommodating. A few months ago she told me not enough Bristol residents were using it so they were considering stopping the free pickup and delivery. Support the service so we can keep the convenience for all residents!
