Never had a bad experience with American AC Heat/Plumbing. They come out twice a year and inspect our HVAC, change/clean our air filters and give us a heads up if there are any issues w/ our furnace and AC, and this last call was more of the same. Ramiro was great, walked me through everything he was doing, and was just a genuine, nice guy. Really appreciate the pride he takes in his work, and it shows.

If you are looking for an honest technician, this is your place. I called the company after getting their flyer in the mail for a special on 22-point inspection and service. The technician Brent came out and looked at everything very thoroughly. At the end he determined there was no further work needed and the unit was in good condition. He taught me what to look for and how everything works. I will certainly be using this company going forward and will request Brent every time!

Hector Mejia and Francisco Silva did an excellent job of maintenance on my heating system. They were thorough and took care of making adjustments on the system for better performance. Both Hector and Francisco were polite and friendly, answering all of my questions and explaining everything that they did. I would highly recommend them and American AC Heat Plumbing.
