Owner is extremely friendly. Receptionist is welcoming, confident and great at multi tasking. And most importantly, the rest of the staff did an amazing job on the repairs. Honorable mention, for whoever washed the outside of the truck. Almost felt like I was driving my new truck home from the dealership for a second time.
Not only in Big Bear… they also run a shop in Palm Springs, which I have no doubt is also first class service. Thanks again American Auto Body for doing such a wonderful job.
