Hello, dear mapping friends! This was the second tree on my tree spotting journey of the day. First off, I would like to point out the elephant in the room. The sheer size of this beauty. It’s huge, and has probably the best shape of any beech tree I’ve seen. This is where the negatives come in. The concrete slab border of this tree is, to put it plainly, falling apart. I cannot believe they’ve let it get this bad, especially for a leafed majesty as beauteous as this. Another detractor was the leaf bags sitting against the bottom of the tree. I cannot believe the owners would put them there, as if they were dealing with a common birch or pine. Overall, I cannot be mad at such a beautiful tree, so my rating will stand true at 5 stars.
