6/17/24 my water was cut off wrongfully. I was without water and it was as hot as 86 degrees. Until I went to the water utility department to let them know they had make a mistake and I request a supervisor or manager. But Marcia Mason refused to do so and said maybe I should’ve paid my bill and screamed profanity. I do not know if she was having a bad day but that’s not the way you treat your residents I’ve been living is this city for over 15 years and never encountered anything like this. I love this city because everyone is so kind and peaceful like a family. I think she should be removed from costumer service because she does not know how to talk to residents
