Horrible cleaning company, I brought two brand new Coach trench coats to them to dry clean and they ruined both!! The cloth was fine but the buckles on my belts had been destroyed they did not cover them properly in while dry cleaning them and chipped the pain on the buckles off. Then they said we can fix it so I gave them a chance to fix One of them and they ruined it even more they used a completely different PAINT WITH GLITTER!!there is nothing glitter on this jacket what makes that paint ok to use and they got I was on the coat itself. THESE ARE$400 COATS EACH. I AM NEVER COMING BACK!

He promised my suit to be ready Friday night. Because I had a wedding to be a part of the next day. I came 40 minutes before closing and he was gone. Open sign was still on and the doors were locked. Had to go buy a new suit in a rush. Without being able to try them on during COVID so even harder situation. I came back during the weekend and the sign was still on and the place was still closed. When I finally was able to pick up my suit it smelt burnt. Job was done well but the smell and my experience with the urgency of the situation was terrible. Owner was nice but made it seem my fault he was closed that Friday. And this was based on the new adjusted hours that he verbally told me and were posted on the window

I had done a beach photoshoot in an elegant dress for my wedding and it got mud and sand all over it. It then was put into a bag for several days and grew mildew spots all over it. I took it to American Dry Cleaners and they did pure MAGIC! After 2 weeks I picked up my dress and I would swear they bought me a new one, it looked brand new!! It was the same dress (I had it custom altered). I don't know how they did it, but I am so thankful and will definitely be returning. The owner is so friendly too. I highly recommend you go here, they also do zipper repairs and alterations.
