We had a flood in our house and we needed to get our place fixed ASAP. We had 3 different contractors came out and they all told us the job will take 3-4 months, but Ben Hamed at ACC knew our situation and promised to get our place fixed within 3-4 weeks and he did!!! We got porcelain floors taken out and replaced with all new tiles, laminate floors replaced throughout the house, kitchen cabinets replaced, fresh paint, new bathroom cabinet and floors, as well as redoing our whole garage! He didn’t just finish on time, he also did such a phenomenal job. Everything was perfect, quality and cleanliness. Extremely satisfied with every little thing that was done! As investors from Dubai with experience in Commercial Markets and Malls developing, expanding our business into California was a big step for us. Since this was our first project in the U.S., we didn’t know many people here, so we decided to look online for companies with good reputations and reviews. We made a list of the top ten companies and started reaching out to them.
Ben from ACC & Engineering was number seven on our list. After talking to four other companies and having trouble getting in touch with two, we were starting to feel discouraged. Our past experiences with big firms in Dubai had raised our expectations, and we were frustrated with how things worked in the U.S., where you have to hire different companies for engineering, architecture, and construction.

We decided to hire ACC & Engineering for both engineering and construction. They stuck to the schedule, and even when we faced some problems during construction, Ben reassured us that his team had dealt with similar issues before and could handle them. He was right, and they solved everything. We have had set two Years expectations for the project, we did go a little over two years but if it wasn’t for Ben and his team we would have taken more much more for sure and spend more money.
