Working with the ACCC has taken such a huge load off my shoulders. I had to make adjustments in my plan and Jojo was a great help. Excellent customer service. I recommend ACCC for sure!

Always very helpful. This is a very scary process to go through when you have paid your bills on time for your entire life. Without the support of ACCC I would still be feeling hopeless about my finances.

I spoke with Dennis first who helped me set up my account. He spent time with me going through my records, expenses, and fully explained the process to me. Marly as well was helpful in helping me with other details I needed to provide. Both left me without any confusion as to how to proceed.
