Mary helped me today. She was very patient and kind and very real and down to earth. I ask a lot of questions, and many of them multiple times, and Mary never got frustrated with me and answered all my questions. She took the time to listen to me and hear me, regardless of whether or not my inquiries were relevant to her or the things she needed to know. She offered me the opportunity to be informed. The program offer is so good, that even before committing to it, I already feel relief. I am a skeptical person by nature, but after discussing my situation and hearing my options from Mary, my skepticism and the anxiety associated with it, has turned to hope and optimism. My debt, and the insane interest rates that I’m currently paying, don’t have to rule my life anymore, and in a couple years I can be debt free with my hard earned credit better than it is now. Thank you ACCC, and thank you Mary, for taking the time to hear me, and for walking me through this first part of my journey to a better, debt free, and more manageable life.
