I paid top dollar for a small bathroom remodel which took way too long and was substandard overall. There were obvious deficiencies in the quality which were ignored by the supervisor and owner. They forgot to perform work listed on the order and all they want to do is give you a credit. They claim to have fired the flunky assigned to my project which is somehow supposed to make me feel better about the work. It doesn't. Stay clear of any business that has you give up your right to sue!
Update: Feb.27,2019 After reading my concerns above, Scott Overby-owner, came out to my home and stood tall and had all of my concerns fixed. I am now totally satisfied with the completed job. I think this is a true testament of the integrity of the owner and business in general. I would hire them again in the future.
