Closed at 6, internet and google says 7. I got here at 6 and when the person at the door was letting someone out, I let them know about the discrepancy. The gentleman I spoke with was rude, unapologetic, and kept repeating they closed at 6. I told him that I heard what he was saying, but I’m letting the store know so that they can tell the management, so other customers aren’t driving to the outlets to attempt to shop when the store is closed. He repeated that they close at 6 and shut the door on me. Idk who you have working for you American Eagle, but I wouldn’t have left a 1 star review if it wasn’t for this rude interaction. I was trying to be helpful, not enter the store when it is closed.

This American Eagle is attached to an Aerie that sells women’s underwear, swimsuits, and loungewear. I bought a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Their selection of bras and underwear (other than bralettes) was smaller than on their website. Prices were fairly low. Three salespeople said warm hellos, and they asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. The checkout process went smoothly. Overall, the service was very good, but I would like a better selection of products. Oh, I do want to add that the cashier gave me a really nice recycled plastic tote bag for free, so I will add a star for that.
