Loading...Monday August 16th 11:40am. Braided space buns with a tan shirt barely covering her chest and stomach was not a good representation of the brand let alone customer service in general. Her attitude and short responses were hard to communicate with and she was not helpful whatsoever. We had a return that needed to go back on an American eagle credit card that was not present and she claimed there was no possible way to look up the card in store. I called two other locations in the area and they both verified that you could. Instead of truly getting our money back we had to settle for in store credit. Very disappointing.
