I went looking for some new bras since it’s been a bit. I was a little overwhelmed with the sizes since I wasn’t sure where I am at and miss karlie went above and beyond making the experience painless and fun! She helped me go through a few different sizes and styles and was just a doll. She also encouraged me to get panties to to go with! Thank you Karlie for taking the time to help my friend and I out today, you’re great!

I love Aerie's products and the staff at this store is so great. However, the store holds a REALLY small portion of Aerie's products and even more limiting is the sizing and color options. I almost always end up having to order anything that isn't loungewear.

The employees were incredibly rude. I’ve never experienced service that upsetting. The welcomer looked at me coming in and rolled her eyes, I attempted to ask about a specific product and she walked away. When I proceeded to ask another employee, she pushed past me and walked to help another customer. I was completely shocked. I can say I won’t be going back to any Aerie or purchasing their product if their company treats people in that manner consistently.
