Today, my daughter and I went to American Eagle at UTC Mall. The girl in the front of the store was so nice & friendly. My daughter & I misplaced our masks & the employee at American Eagle handed each of us a mask. She then told us that we had to wear it while shopping throughout the store. Thank goodness they had masks, because I parked so far away! I didn’t want to walk all the way back to my car to look for our masks. My daughter & I love American Eagle at UTC Mall, because the staff is so friendly & helpful.

Nice store but some of the staff need training. One staff, who seemed to be in-charge was quite curt with us. I wanted a pair of shorts, but I noticed the button was about to come off. The male employee tried to help us as much as possible, he tried to see if they had anything to connect it better. But when he showed it to what seemed like his boss, the woman said that button is ok. I said no, it is definitely loose. I do not want to argue with someone who I am trying to give my money to. So that sale and future sales lost.

Though I absolutely LOVE Aerie's bras, sweaters, and accessories, the last time I was in this store I experienced horrible customer service. They were quite busy, (welcome to the busy season in FL), and the girl was very rude. She had a scowl on her face our entire transaction and she never greeted me or thanked me. I told her, "thank you" when we were finished, and she replied with "yeah." Not only that but I heard her speaking rudely to another customer who was asking about the fitting rooms. Getting a little tired of all these teeny boppers with no manners. I've spent a good deal of money at Aerie in the past but with this kind of customer service I think I'll just stick to Victoria's Secret. :-/
