The clothes are amazing, and they have good deals, but when I went into the store today the cashier was extremely rude. I figured that she might of been new, but that doesn't give anyone the right to have a terrible attitude with someone who is purchasing things from the store they work at. The girl was also rushing me to make an account- which I didn't appreciate at all- and also asked me to repeat details several times that she couldn't remember. Maybe Aerie needs to start hiring people with actual customer service skills.

Don't order online for pickup in store, they'll send u an email saying when ur order will be complete and ready, it's not. They have to ship it to them first then tell u it takes 15 days to get your money back when u tell them u don't want the order no more.
