We had our car repaired at American Eagle Body Shop. My experience was the owner really didn't have very good customer service skills over the phone. His demeanor was much better in person. They did do nice work on the car. It also was not our first choice. We were in a situation where that was our only real option. I prefer businesses that have better customer service.
I interviewed 5 or 6 body shops for my 2017 Toyota Corolla, after an altercation with a street sweeper in Fair Oaks. I met with Mario Lopez, the manager at American Eagle Body Ship, and immediately felt comfortable with him. Mario quoted me two weeks for the work to be done (it actually took four, but I wasn't unhappy) Other body shops were quoting me 90-120 days for completion.
Mario and American Eagle stayed in good communication with me during those four week. I received a status update two or three times a week.
The work appears to be superb. I can't even tell that the right side of my Toyota got bashed in. I highly recommend this shop. I think others would be happy too.
