I had to ask the sales associate 3 times about finding a large shirt. She told me all the mannequins had on mediums. She finally checked and- Guess What, it was a large. She was rude and acted like I was asking her to make the shirt. My tip for you is get another JOB!

The staff seem to be more involved in trying on merchandise. I took my daughter there and there where 5 girls working on the floor and a girl Emma was working in the fitting room she was the only associate working . My daughter asked Sydney if she could have a fitting room and she stood there as one associate came out of the fitting room trying on clothing instead of working. Sydney was to consumed with the associate trying on paints and telling her they looked good on the associate to get my daughter in a fitting room. Seems like the employees are to involved in there own agenda then helping customers. While 1 associate is working hard at the fitting room. If I was the young girl at the fitting room I would be passed.

Ashley helped me today. I came in looking for a very specific type of denim jeans. She was very knowledgeable on the merchandise and gave me lots of options. Great customer service!
