Doing a return with the manager is almost comical, especially after reading all the other negative reviews about him. I can’t wait to buy more stuff online and come in to only be served by the one and only grumpy Ryan. This isn’t 2001 Abercrombie, you can be nice to people now.

I understand from other reviewers about their experience from the Manager because I've seen it too when making returns, but it could just be the mask which makes it hard to see people's actual expression. I called before coming in to return/exchange things and to see if this is still a friendly place to do returns. I was talking to Emily on the phone and she spoke to me kindly. If you check their Instagram they look like a great team. I went in to make the returns and was left with a smile. Give them a chance to serve you.

Came in looking for specific jeans, the girl who greeted me pointed me in the right direction, then a really sweet girl actually came over to help me find the exact ones. Unfortunately they did not look like they did in the print ad I saw, so I did not purchase the jeans. The girls working were total sweethearts, and the store was so folded, clean and tidy.
