Watch out... they had an offer 50% on your second purchase. The issue is they will take 50% of the cheapest item you buy. Other stores honor the expensive item to save you money. They cheat people. Also. On the way out, the stupid alarm went off and the young lady at the door was double checking if we had anything else. She dropped couple receipts without paying attention and continued looking, she looked so dumb. This store needs to put somebody better at the door with professionalism. I don't recommend buying there

I found what I was looking for at a great price. Good selection of product. I had to exchange something because I bought the wrong size and it was easy and fast. A gentleman helped me and I didn't even have to go through the register. Excellent customer service on both of my recent visits!

I had never purchased AE jeans before today. I do not remember the name of the girl who helped me, but she was super friendly and helpful. Immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help upon entering the store. I told her I needed help finding jeans that fit me properly and was recommended AE jeans. She picked out a couple for me to try on, even brought more to my dressing room, and helped me order online. I walked out with three new pairs of jeans that fit perfectly. Super thankful for the specific employee, she definitely made my shopping experience super easy.
