Anna Lee was a great help. An item on the clearance rack was double the listed price and she made sure the store honored the price. Then she went out of her way to check in the back for sizes we needed. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Wow, great job hiring people like her in the Bend Mill District store!!!

Let me stay here lol. Found my favorite pair of jeans on the clearnace rack, I finally outgrew them, searched high & low to find the same ones a size up, and I still have them! Love the quality of American Eagle and the staff were very nice.

Ordered some jeans for my husband on the 29th. They were supposed to arrive in-store on the 6th. The 6th rolls around and I get an email saying “Your order was delayed.” No further ETA or anything. Disappointing.
