08/192024 Two years later and Another disappointment day at American Eagle ....came in the manager and everyone is standing around the register no one offers help or a simple hello to acknowledge you … I had to go up to them to ask for help !!! All I got was a side eye and they continued to giggled and chat by the register!!!!! It’s a shame that nothings changed as far a horrible customer service !!!! I always say is it because I’m “BROWN” and they assume I don’t have money or I don’t speak English. 🤔 I mean regardless a simple hello it’s universally acceptable!!! Do better AMERICAN EAGLE!!!!
01/12/2021 came in the store to browse the clearance , there was this employee with a boyishly hair cut, did not acknowledge me just kept looking at me and I went ahead and kept browsing the racks as I go around to see the tracks closest to the fitting rooms she comes around to see what I was doing 🙄 people learn customer service we are not all in there to steal !!!! This is the very worst American Eagle store I been too...
My daughter and I visited this location and two girls which work there kept following us around the store like if we where there to steal something , I don’t know what gave them that impression but they were other people in there and us being the only Hispanics we were being followed great job at customer service!!!
