Came out quickly to patch cracks in roof causing leaks... the price was fair. So supposed to be five stars right? The roof leaks again in a few days and in the exact same places as the first time. Calls and texts and emails go unanswered. Javier was also supposed to get me a quote for roof coatings but never did. He is all talk with terrible customer service and bad work.

Javier and his team did a complete reapplication of a seamless topcoat on a foam roof system for my 7,000 commercial building in Pasadena. We were very pleased with the work, the quality, and the professional approach. The work took several weeks to complete because of prep work, multiple application coats, drying time between coats and weather but was completed on-time and on-budget. Javier communicated as the work progressed, coordinated with tenants and the onsite manager and kept everyone happy. Clean-up was perfect and wasn't rushed. I own multiple properties and I will put Javier in my group of contractors we use on a trusted and recurring basis. He earned our business and earned our trust not only by the quality of his work, but moreover by the way he conducts his business and treats his clients. We didn't select Javier based on price, we selected him off his references and knowledge. Significantly, one of his competitors who bid on the work asked us if Javier had also bid - his competitor simply said, we want your work but I have to be honest, if you give Javier the work instead, you won't have any regrets with his work or the finished job.

I bought my house a year ago. The roof was replaced 5.5 years prior and was in a really good condition. Unfortunately the roof leaked 9 months after I bought the house. I started getting quotes from contractors to replace the roof, but one of the roofers told me that the roof didn’t need replacement and that it made more sense to coat it instead. I started doing some research about roof coating and decided that it was perfect for my situation. I then searched online and found a few contractors for the roof coating and interviewed them, and I finally selected this company because of their good reviews, reasonable estimate, outstanding warranties, and their experience after being in this business for so long (their license is from 2010 which was the oldest among the contractors that I interviewed).
Javier finished the job on time and with excellent quality.
Highly recommend.
