I just left American Lock and Key and It was the best experience! They were very descriptive and fast. Helped me make a bunch of keys. I think his name was Abe, but the guy answered all of my questions regarding my new keys! 10/10 would come here again.

I came into their shop with a lock that I lost the key for. And they looked at the lock and they were able to make a key for it right away! They knew exactly what key was needed. They did it so fast and it works perfectly! They were so nice too. Overall it’s a great place! I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Very professional and helpful, I called in advance to ask if they carried specific knobs and deadbolts that I needed for my new property … May stayed on the phone with me for a while, until all my questions were answered. She was so friendly! Happy to do business with American lock and key.
