Mr. Ryan came out so promptly, what a last minute emergency. Our toilet bowl was filling up continuously and I kept having to fill buckets to dump them before it filled back up again- as well as the bathtub wasn’t draining and had whatever water stagnant. Now luckily just the tub not draining and the toilet being iffy only went on for about a day, and then annoyingly the toilet filling up lasted about a half hour. Fast forward to Mr Ryan assessing the situation and quickly solving the problem. He just went in the ground to the tank and was able to get the blockage from there. Thankful to our landlord and Mr Ryan for getting us taken care of quickly, and for saving the day- and the floors
