I really don't know what to think . This would be our first full summer with a pool . Unfortunately our Pentair Heat pump wouldn't fire up . Pentair , after three weeks sent me to American Pool N Spas . The N stands for(No show). I confirmed with the office , explaining I hadn't gotten confirmation about my appointment . I was assured by American Pool N Spa I was on the schedule for today . I waited all day for these people . No call and, No show. I'm tired of in competence .
