DO NOT BUY ONLINE!! They will NOT allow returns. I bought a $200 pair of shoes that did not fit. I responded the day after I received them through the email provided for returns. Nothing. I continue to email them. Nothing. I call the store and tell them - they said, I'll let them know. Nothing. I continue to email and even try to email Mike Flynn (the person responsible for online stuff) personally. Nothing. Continued and continue. Never a response, it's been over a month. They will not let you return things as they will never respond. Their return policy is a LIE. Will never buy from this company again and make sure no one around me does.

Great place to pick up your favorite brands from Publish, Candor to Junya Wantanabe. Great service people like Nick Kruse to help you out with you needs to tailor all your aesthetics. They have a wide range of price points from mid tier to high. Brand variety differentiating from what Union carries down the street. If you got time and money to spend and splurge on, this place is it. They also have their own parking garage which a def plus. 1.5 hours with validation which helps alleviate the stressors of finding parking on La Brea.
