Without Harlan's training we could not have lived with our too-active Vizsla. We also boarded him with Harlan and Julie numerous times and we were always totally satisfied.

We just got home with our two Cocker Spaniel pups. They had stayed at ASDO for the two week "Manners" course. They walk on leash with NO pulling, they do NOT jump on people, they "wait", and they "stop". The training is unbelievably effective. But we knew that when we signed them up as Harlan Broat had trained the Cocker Spaniels that we had nearly 20 years ago. We lived in Bakersfield then. This time we drove 2 1/2 hours to get to him and his incredible program.

Never attended. Extremely Rude customer service. WAS going to reschedule when I couldn’t make my appointment but instead of making sure my dog or myself were alright, they just shortly said we’ll cancel it and immediately hung up before I could even ask about rescheduling or if there was a chance I could come observe the training style. Initial call when I made the appointment just sounded like the guy had no patience for people with too many questions about their vaguely described training style. I was interested in learning, guess I’ll never know. Way to hang on to customers!
