Never once mentioned a charge. Made me believe I could file my taxes for free then took all of them to cover their fees. 1100 in tax returns 800 dollars in fees

I have been seeing Kedrich for two years and have been nothing but happy! I normally used H&R block and have found I was just missing out on money that I could have been collecting. Friendly staff, responsible and hard working. I absolutely love American Tax Consultants. It was also nice this year to be able to use zoom for our tax meeting. I recently moved and have a 6 month old.

These MF took 1400 from my taxes just to file my taxes first of all they didn't tell me they was going to even take that amount I'm beyond pissed off 🤬 I have kids and I'm a single mother y'all trying to take majority of the money I would never file with them ever again but thanks a lot for people like you all so I can know what to look for. They unprofessional every time I was calling to check on my taxes one of the guys kept saying hello like it was his personal phone he never announced the company he was working for and then stated his name it was always hello just unprofessional I would never anybody who's thinking about filing taxes with them please I beg you look the other way you will be overcharged
